The impact of Aids in africa


Two-thirds of all people living with HIV are found in sub-Saharan Africa! During 2007 alone, an estimated 1.5 million adults and children died as a result of AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa. How crazy is that? Now there is a treatment for curing adids and perventing aids. The promblem is that the UN cant bring enough treatment in, for everyone!

HIV/AIDS


Did you know that there were 22 million people in Africa living with HIV at the end of 2007. That's crazy if you think about it that's more that 3 times the amount of people living in MO. And there not people just living normal lives they have to battle aids ever sec of there life. Having HIV or aids would affect your life so much. You would have to limit your activity and still provide food and money for your whole family. NOW THATS SOME PRETTY CRAZY STUFF!

The biggest crisis has been illness and death.During 2007, 1.5 million adults and children died as a result of AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa. Since the beginning of AIDS in Africa, more than 15 million Africans have died from AIDS.Although treatment is starting to lessen the toll of AIDS, still fewer than one in three Africans who need treatment are receiving it The impact of AIDS will remain severe for many year.
